There's nothing illegal about buying and selling anatabine. You may have noticed the FDA has zero interest in those selling it on Ebay. They could cared less. The company never had to stop selling it. The FDA would have had to go to court and get an injunction. Even then they could have continued selling it.

I've always wondered, were they making money on selling it? Us shareholders could never figure it out. If they were, it didn't appear to be much. Maybe they were selling so little that fixed costs ate up the profit. Little being 10-50,000 bottles a month. We were never even able to figure out that.
