My goodness, this POS has always been an insider enrichment scam from day one. I continue to doubt any patent infringement lawsuit will ever benefit shareholders.

Yes, I am more confident now as well, but I always saw something in this stock that kept me in! Though a couple of posters are unbiased, and seek only the Facts/Truth, there are many disgruntled Naysayers who seek to influence the Investing public! Many reasons for their displeasure yes, but they can be a destructive force if people listen to them! As I said before, Negative facts can be overturned by a sudden turn of events, which rarely happens in a P-Stock, but which sometimes happens in a Stock that yes, has a lot of faults, but has something more than just an idea, or floor plan! One of my other Companies, vois, is an example of a Company that has something special, but is in the midst of the pretty much normal problems besetting just about all P-Stocks! Who knows if it will ever overcome them, but I hold on just because of the innovative nature of its Patents, as nothing can yet be seen of Partnerships, buyout possibilities or profits, which there are none to speak of at this time! There are haters, who for whatever reason, make their feelings felt, and are thought to be the Investors' Saviors, simply because they are thought to be doing the Investors a favor by helping them avoid a stock! Yes, the Investor probably will lose-out because most P-Stocks are to be avoided, but many Investors are taught to believe in seeking-out the negatives, and forgetting about the positives, as that proves to be the most prudent thing to do in Stock investing? BUT, there is often the GLARING Positive basis of its existence, which is too often forgotten because a P-Stock takes SO long to materialize! But that basis must not be forgotten, and must be factored-in the thinking! So, if there is some movement somewhere down the line, it does show something, Patents as an example, though they often become obsolete, rendering the Company floundering in deep water! But it is a step in the right direction, and gives the P-Company somewhat of an edge! Yes, It is a very long period for even a good Stock to reach profitability, and Gers has shown, aside from all the great costs it has incurred in getting to this point, are still plugging away, and may yet prove that Superior profitability that will bring Institutional investors knocking at its door! The latest turn of events give me more hope now too, & am awaiting the final judgment, though I have a pretty good stake in the Company, whether it fails or is successful, as Patience is a key point in A P-Stock that has something!! Good Luck everyone...
