1. The audience at these recent fatigue management conferences were presumably evaluators and purchasers, not investors. 2. Said people may be prohibited from buying the stock of a potential vendor before a purchase decision is made -- conflict of interest. 3. Most people "follow" a nano/micro stock for awhile before they ever invest. 4. Evaluators/authorizers in the audience may have the responsibility and authority but not the money to invest, especially if they're younger and have heavy family expenses. 5. Kaplan just gave you an update in the 8-K and 10-K dated March 17 and 20 respectively. 6. Kaplan is too smart to get his head in front of his skis and speak prematurely.
