When it is inapplicable it is absolutely out of context. Need another example: it is clearly stated in the Ibox that MHYS is in serious jeopardy of getting delisted.

The reality is, in spite of your claim; there is no such thing as a "naughty list" at the SEC for general OTC pink status, and frankly once cleared of the stock fraud charges, the SEC no longer cares(and never really did, matter of fact, if you honestly did your research you would know that MHYS along with 4 other microcaps that were completely uninvolved in the actual fraud were brought up during discovery but actually just used by the SEC as mere pawns in a misguided attempt to bolster their case against the real fraudster as concluded by a Florida judge in a separate but parallel case against the same perp in Florida) and could care less if they are current, have a yield sign, stop sign or even skull and crossbones on otcmarket's website for that matter. And that is according to information on the SEC's very own website and reinforced with even more information on otcmarket.com.

As such, in it's current state of affairs it is at no such risk of getting delisted, is under no obligation to file anything at any given time; and no amount of shouting(all caps), or bold red fonts or threatening to update the Ibox will make it so. And furthermore there is nothing official about a link to some absurd app with a generic time tracker clock that anyone can identify any event they desire in the event description field. link to real tim days since no bid
