Edit:They been here awhile. In most, if not all as a normal shareholder who actually puts the money into the company.
Like any shareholder that large participating in the providing the majority of funding they are protecting themselves and creating discounts and looking to use postential synergies, and asset/ intangibles control....etc.

That's not my point. My point is that there are countless ways for them to do the above. We have none.

If cvm bk. There all multiple entries that get MK for free.
They can say a $50m building is worth $25m and another entity they own could purchase it at discount.
They could intangibles are $5m. And reap profits later via other enitity....and so on.

These are the risks and privileges of being a large funder in across multiple entities in this space.

Let's say the get bought out for 100m. What changed in company in last 6 months? Other than dilution and cvm doing their best to play stupid with the FDA!
Share structure changed quite a bit; thus $100m is divided by 400m vs 100m shares.....25 cents vs $1...

In even the last 3 most critical years, with a massive study in play the final findings are so weak currently that nobody has taken an activist or hostile position.
This implies that nothing significant will come to fruition in near term. (By significant I mean game changing $1+ pps). Personally I was not here for a 300% return if I catch the bottom perfectly.

I also believe that 300% return is available, but with all the ongoing issues, an extension will be created to allow for atleast one more internal recapitalization...if not 2.

300% isn't bad return either, but with all the options available....
Accept the $75m market cap rule keeps me interested.
So, the must produce $75m market cap via common. Or issue preffered soon.
I'm a seller as soon as possible crosses 10% to fully diluted $75m market cap (with my small position)
If they go with preffered units to raise capital i will revisit my position then.
The science itself has zero chance of taking this stock to the moon anytime soon.
Asset management...
$75m market cap
Fully diluted
Preferred units
No hostile positions
