So when I had a contractors license, material men extended credit to contractors and getting paid within 90 days was a norm. This stadium has been under construction for over a year, and it's been more or less, 90 days since completion so I'm wondering how much of a cash windfall has yet to be paid. Generally there are progress payments made along the way to the contractor but often the materialmen are like a bank financing the contractors whole job while the contractor focuses on getting enough progress payments to cover equipment, overhead, and payroll. Especially on government contracts of this scope. Nobody really see's profit until at least 3 months after completion. Sometimes it takes that long just to figure out what total final payments are actually due on a project of this scope, LOL! In this case, Magnegas would be materialmen on this project with pre liens on the stadium until paid. I'm thinking we got the PR about the time the final bills were approved, and MNGA will be getting a healthy bump to it's available cash on hand within 30 days.
