Technically, it's not malware, but maladware. It's just an advert mod that a jillion sites use to make money. Doesn't harm your computer as far as I know. Just slows down navigating and annoys. Got to make money somehow.

But I'm pretty sure I know what 'sounds' and 'benchmark' and most other helpful little blue links mean.
