I also love how hundreds of millions of shares were distributed to JB, CJ, Berry and others at a valuation of .0001 per share.

.0001 is 94% less than the lowest market price of the shares at anytime over the past 2 years (.0019). What a windfall for the insiders who value, say, a 200 million share distribution to an insider at just $20,000.
