No, you're nott accounting for the 1 for 30 reverse split.

The current CUSIP ticker and quote is based on the PRE-RS share count, so you have to multiply the PPS by 30 to compare the PPS to the current post-RS float.

So the post-RS adjusted PPS is 30x the currently quoted PPS, because FINRA has nott yett processed the ES and assigned a new CUSIP.
