Of course they are "questioning" it. They know it's bogus. If they thought there was ANY chance of it being real they (and FINRA) would have had a chat with them...and the company would have had the opportunity to back it up. Either that didn't happen so the SEC felt there was no basis for the conpany's claim and had information to back up that view...or they did have a chat with the company and got nothing back to give them any reason to not suspend (which they treat as a weapon of last resort).

As for waiting how it turns out...I am afraid that is very much a known quantity for anyone the follows or understands the SEC's process for suspending.

But hope certainly does spring eternal in pennyland.
