"Ant Financial often teams up with Alibaba on deals. Over the weekend, the two struck a deal to buy a controlling stake in Hong Kong-listed lottery company AGTech Holdings Ltd. for 2.39 billion Hong Kong dollars (US$307.8 million)."

I doubt very seriously, that Ant Financial and Alibaba would buy a controlling stake in Hong Kong-listed lottery company AGTECH for 2+ billion, if they didn't think the online lottery ban would be lifted-----this is MAJOR $$$$$ for Ant & Alibaba, and they see it coming from the ban lift !!!!

Look for the ban lift to be SOON; VERY SOON !!!
