The SEC suspends only a fraction of the scams in the OTC...thus they are only going after the low hanging fruit..the "sure thing" scam...it's why they have the record they do for these scams not being able to come back from a suspension.

But as with all suspensions...the investors in those stocks sometimes take awhile before reality finally sinks in.
