That sounds like a shortage of shares lol. Some times brokerages use another market maker to sell and buy shares.

Interesting that someone pointed out vndm is at .0020 on the ask.

Yesterday 1,307,500 shares were shorted out of 1,340,000 traded. Source finra.org

Folks on the ask I would set your sell order higher. Vndm must know something.

News comes pps is going to rocket higher.
