The reasons behind the steady ELED accumulation in the pennies here and some DD and Links to share with the board:

PER:https://www.led-professional.com/resources-1/articles/smart-lighting-market-and-technology-trends

LED lights are anticipated to remain in trend for a long time and there is nearly zero probability of a phase out or ban on this lighting technology since the amount of hazardous chemicals in it are negligible. Additionally, it is easily recyclable and can be embedded/integrated with controlling devices. It has been observed that the interest of the population across the globe in controlling lighting within their facilities (including homes, offices, and other institutions) using their phones and smart devices is continuously growing. This is strengthening the foundation for further development of connected and intelligent lighting technologies.

North America is considered to be one of the best potential markets in the lighting industry for smart lighting solutions. The operating cost of lighting in commercial buildings is estimated to be significantly high in North America, and smart lighting provides an efficient and cost effective solution. Moreover, energy policies and regulations to limit the consumption of energy are appropriately implemented in North America

Europe is the leading region for lighting system technology and human-centric lighting. Presently Europe has various lighting associations rigorously working towards the deployment of smart lighting controls in the public and private arenas. Lighting Europe is one of the largest lighting associations in Europe, and has produced 400 scientific papers and conducted 19 events in smart lighting, in the year 2015.

What does this have to do with ELED?

Per: http://www.exeledholdings.com/index.php/about-exeled

ExeLED Holdings, Inc.(ELED) is focused on acquiring and growing companies that provide specialized LED lighting solutions to the architecture and interior design markets.

Its first wholly owned subsidiary, Énergie LLC, is currently targeting the multi-billion dollar architectural, specification-grade lighting fixture segment of the North American lighting fixture market with innovative, differentiated LED lighting products

Énergie partners with European and Asian manufacturers to bring the most sought after lighting products to North America. Through its custom modification process, the lighting becomes usable under domestic UL standards and building code requirements. Énergie has installations in all 50 States and Canada.

We are not talking about a company that is just getting started here; as ELED is established in all of North America and having those European ties;many exclusive, affords ELED be a leader in the field,IMO.

And they are creating jobs:

It's important to know Énergie is not simply an importer. We carefully test, evaluate and select only those designs that will integrate smoothly with North American building design and construction methodologies. We invest in the re-engineering necessary to meet all domestic requirements. And we assemble, inventory, package and ship from our midwest operations centers, providing the same timely delivery you've come to expect from leading U.S. manufacturers. All of our products are UL/CUL listed, competitively priced, and readily available.

Now couple all of that with the great share structure and you will understand why ELED is so undervalued at even a Nickel, IMO.
