I'm 100% sure the AS is 2B shares! The problem is: what are the current Exact OS count and float count? Should the company or TA disclose the SS to the public VGTL would easily surge back to the current 52-week high 0.0021 again...

Anyway the only risk here is: the "SEC Reporting-Delinquent" issue which could lead to all share's cancellation in the worst case.

So far 2,130,000 shares dumped at 0.0003. Also 275K shares were withdrawn from the 0.0003 ask! VGTL "Halt" or "Revoking" today? Why?
