My hunch is that they will announce a formal arrangement with Craftsmen before or on Apr 27. Craftsman wanted to use Apr and May to put the MG technology through its paces. They were supposed to be just testing the MG30 unit, but they decided also to do a fresh install of a MG80.
This could mean they had pushed the 30 until they wanted to do more, and that they were ready to dedicate their resources (tools, building, mechanics, etc) into learning the process. The equipment was likely funded by the recent increase in share volume (i.e. dilution), but its certainly not a desperate dilution, the ask is not taking whatever is offered.

By building one themselves they are also getting training on how to do installs if they get orders. So at the demo Craftsmen can say they uplifted and validated the MG80 unit that can everyone operating smoothly. This should convince their customers that there recommendation of the technology is based on experience and that Craftsman can competently fill their orders.

The most exciting potential customer is the military, but I'm not sure it will be the right type of representatives. The recruiting trucks aren't managed by the same group of people in the military as the equipment that is used in combat. But a high ranking national guard representative would be great. This would be awesome technology to have available to every national guard unit. That is a possibility because national guard units are small compared to most military posts/bases and the people who recruit probably know the people who purchase the equipment.
