According to my due diligence our CEO is a highly respectable individual who comes from a very prestigious background. The Jay Hauhn Excellence in Partnerships Award is named in honor of Jay Hauhn, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Industry Relations at Tyco Integrated Security. As previous SIA Chairman of the Board, Hauhn demonstrated a steadfast commitment to fostering collaboration among industry trade associations and advancing the interests of their collective memberships and the entire security industry.

Last but not least I strongly believe that this stock is going over 5 cents imo. My target may even be adjusted higher depending on how strong the news is. Company already plans to release financials and get BVTK back to current status.
