Big Brother....Been following you for some time and as I know you like to do some serious DD, thought I'd ask you for your opinion on a company: Portage Biotech Inc. : PTGEF @ .20...260 Mil out insiders own 65 percent. Biggest asset is 30% of Biohaven Pharma. Biohaven being taken public by Morgan/Barclays/Piper.
They raised $80 million in November thru Venrock and now set for another 100M.
Valuation/ pricing a couple more weeks away. My guess $500 mil to a bil. PTGEF 30%

All the due dilli you need is available. No one knows it. PTGEF management refuse to do IR. One seekng alpha guy ( I found him but has little following) wrote it up last year and will update again next week.

IMO a great opp. to build a position and give your followers an idea.
