I read it. IMO, it ignores the reality of RADS fundamentals and financials. Given RADS financial fundamentals, including Book Value, Revenue, Earnings, Debt load, and all things considered, the current $6.50 deal price is arguably very rich for RAD at 10 times book value and 80 times earnings (P/E)
