I am holding shares because I have no choice. Because of the DTC chill, my original holdings are with TradeKing and will cost me hundreds to sell in fees, IF they even let me. If you remember the whole Zecco fiasco.... Ugh. I have a bunch of old holdings I cannot touch.

I however can have them removed as worthless Stock and claim the loss. I didn't make any huge profitable trades so I wait on the write off.
