I recently bailed out of a long held position in Anavex which also touts an ALZ candidate and have been following the causal argument . Anavex may well have something significant but i distrust management and it's rail of hype.
There were trials and lab results, autopsies that infer that tau and beta amaloyd may not be causal for ALZ, but rather secondary symptoms.
