Despite what some (a select few) may say about ADTM in their negative rants against the Company (and they have their reasons as to why they rant), but despite them, (and this is Purely Speculative on MY part), I sincerely believe ADTM is getting set up for a nice run. I think many here who trade, or have traded, on the OTC/Penny Stock Exchange would agree (think ADTM when reading the next few sentences) that Penny Stocks often appear to be out, 'dead', for lack of a better word, lol. But then, all of a sudden, some of these penny stocks reappear out of no-where and begin to trade for no apparent reason (again, think ADTM here. This exact example I am giving is currently happening right now, at this moment, and it started roughly two or so months ago).

continuing on.......

To further give my "2 Cents" as to 'what is' causing ADTM to have these small, sometimes large, bursts of trading or 'why' ADTM is re-appearing on the map, we may have just found out the answers to those "What is" and "Whys" ADTM may be making these moves we have recently witnessed.

In an article posted by bizjournals(dot)com on August 18th, 2016, we find that a small, yet experienced staffed, 'start-up' company called DermaTec was recently invested in by a businessman out of Albuquerque, NM whose name is

John B. Strong

. This John B. Strong is the same John B. Strong who bought and is now currently the CEO of Adaptive Medias, Inc. (ADTM). Having invested a fairly sizable amount of his own money into DermaTec, John B. Strong was immediately chosen/named to be a part of the Board of Directors at DermaTec. But who is DermaTec and what do they do? And why should we, as shareholders, even care about this finding/new information?

(*Links are provided below to provide answers to those questions and many others that you/we may have regarding this fairly new (to us) Information*)

***

Why does this matter and WHAT does this have to do with ADTM? I thought the deal between ADTM and AdSupply was dead or never went through?

Well, for starters, ADTM made it very clear in a Press Release(PR) that the Company put out in Feb of 2016;

"We have an aggressive, yet systematic, growth strategy
for increasing Adaptive Medias' revenue
and earnings potential in 2016 and beyond,
which may include a merger with a company like AdSupply
or other strategic partnerships that we're currently pursuing."

The above Press Release was put out in Feb. 2016. It's only natural to say "that was a year ago, what does that have to do with now??" Well, DESPITE that the PR was released in 2016, the Company's outlook remained/REMAINS the same and we now see where this may be heading via the DERMATEC company ADTM CEO John B. Strong recently invested in. It is STRONGLY argued and CLEARLY reasonable to believe and to think that DermaTec is now a part of this "or other strategic partnerships that we're currently pursuing" that was mentioned in that 2016 Press Release. It takes time for these things to come together, eventually coming to fruition just as we are now seeing right before our eyes regarding the DermaTec investment the ADTM CEO John B. Strong has made into it (DermaTec).

John B. Strong STILL owns Adaptive Medias, Inc. (ADTM) and by all accounts, is STILL working to bring ADTM back to the surface and to preserve its future by/for/with further acquisitions-investments-mergers.

To sum it up, here are MY Opinion(s) and MY personal beliefs, after doing MY own Due Diligence/DD, as to where ADTM is heading in the Very NEAR future -

**ADTM is starting to shows itself again along with some VERY strong business partners, namely DermaTec. John B. Strong (ADTM CEO) invested $40,000 (as of 2016) into DermaTec. As an investor myself, I do not see anyone investing their own $40,000 (as of 2016) into a broken, run down company, just for the hell of it. I know I sure wouldn't. And, after doing quite a bit of reading and research that I did on DermaTec, I am pleasantly surprised and surprisingly pleased with how far DermaTec is in their push to bring their products to the public. Just as I mentioned earlier in this post, I will be posting links (including DermaTec's HomePage/Website) so that anyone here who is reading this post can also do their DD so that they can come to their own conclusions).

My Conclusion regarding ADTM and its Investors/Shareholders future/outlook: Very Bright and Extremely Strong.
Shares are currently trading at .0002 to .0003. Are you kidding Me!?!?!?!! With the DD I've done the past three weeks, ADTM is a solid .003-.0055 - and that's just for starters.
