After several attempts in recent weeks I did receive word. Basically I was reminded of their share ownership, and was encouraged to be patient as they really are working on building the business as well as obtaining the kind of financing that is shareholder friendly.

We have been given some updates but I agree they didn't flow very well from the prior expectations raised re a rollout and the set top boxes. Kris did refer in 2 different PRs to the need for patience and their commitment to making this work. While it is hard to 'feel' that they are working their butts off behind the scenes, that is a possibility, and would be the most logical thing for them to be doing. Just wish they were more open, but perhaps they would rather error on the side of telling us too little than too much for competitive reasons...dunno.
