I am not outraged at all. I was just participating in the topic that you had put forward. Not sure where in my comments you saw any outrage but if I came across that way, I apologize. Anyway, I strongly support the SEC taking action on these stock promoters, especially ones that mislead (providing no or misleading disclosures, or using multiple aliases) to pump stocks. Punit should have steered clear from Lidingo back in 2013. His inexperience shows here.

Just to be clear, the SEC has not pressed charges against Punit or ONCS. They have mentioned Punit as an involved party to a group that they have indeed charged (Lidingo) of wrongdoing. Punit is mentioned in the complaint for providing Lidingo notes on what they could write about the company back in 2013. But neither Punit nor ONCS is a defendant in this SEC complaint. If he were involved in contributing the pumpy or false contents if any on the articles in question, one would assume he would have been charged as well.
