Who knows. Some volume kicking in.....I think the market makers are starting to churn the base a little. Anyone that actually owns the commons is in the wait and see mode. I don't think the board of directors are going to blink first. Clutterbuck knew the rules going into this. There is NO definition of stabilization for the bank, no percentages, no benchmarks, no figures. Clutterbuck will be potentially sued for putting out misleading information......I wonder who will get awarded THAT settlement money if we do!!!!!! Maybe that will be OUR dividend!!!!
