PBOX "Beer Money" deal

Company is going private. PBOX has proposed a 1-for-200 reverse stock split of its capital stock. Stockholders with fewer than 200 shares of common stock would receive $.40 a share.

Shareholder vote is 5/03/15 at 10:00.
