Hi Antonia,
I appreciate your response! I am a shareholder with out any recourse here with the exception of a possible claim against the D&O policy. How may I obtain this information?
I have been in communication with Mr. Schwartzer on several occasions and he has been very helpful and prompt in responding, but the D&O policy information is not something he is willing to divulge as he states that it is the property of the estate.
So how else might I go about getting this information?
