You meant the CEO loaned his money to the company then got the common shares as the payment? Anyway it seems nobody wants to slap out those stacking 0.0002s which include those 0.0 ~ 0.0001 buyers! Why? If I were one of them then I would slap out at least half the amount of shares at 0.0002s. Say someone bought 20M shares at 0.0 ~ 0.0001 already and he/she should slap out 10M shares at 0.0002s...
