Your missing the point. What you have to account for is repetitive and systematic abuses of the IPR process. Just because Bungie filed one that does not mean the next ATVI developer, other than Bungie, can also file one. That failed review process is at the option of the PTAB Director. That's why it absolutely matters, even now for Worlds, that Michelle Lee is removed.
