agree but if they did sell right away they had to have a buyer for those shares in one shot.

also i did speak to Kathy and she did say that when they reviewed all the investors in this deal they got to see from Cowen how long the investor held onto share after the deal was done and they only picked from the group investors with a 3 -5 year hold period. Any investor that didn't hold share were excluded from the deal.
