They have an agreement in principle (see http://cooltechnologiesinc.com/cool-technologies-signs-agreement-in-principle-with-craftsmen-industries/). Craftsmen probably won't pay CoolTech money to use technology rather they will share revenues from sales. So getting sales is crucial.
Craftsmen wouldn't have CoolTech at their 35th anniversary celebration unless they were committed to pursuing this as a revenue stream. It is their reputation at stake (and they value having a highly regarded reputation). They are also working with Craftsmen this and next month at Craftsmen's facilities to test the technology. To the engineering teams that are working on the 80kVA system is a team of CoolTech and Craftsmen engineers.
Lastly, the new information is that they are demoing not only a 30kVA system, but also a 80kVA system with a diesel truck. Demonstrating the smallest and largest system they will offer, and the use of different fuels (being fuel agnostic is something they believe is a selling point). The larger power offering will differentiate them from alternative built in generator options. So this PR's new information was worthy of an update to the previous PR.
