I believe she was quite serious about the threats. You think if he hadn't gotten off the train she would have done nothing?
I'd just like to be clear, in this situation, would violence have been warranted? You said your husband wanted to find the guy. If he had, what actions would you have been ok with?
And whether the person getting dragged off the flight was man or woman, they were in the wrong for acting so uncivilly. AND the airlines was wrong for overbooking, although, from what I understand, they do it on each and every flight.
Lets say for one sec. that all offers to get passengers to deplane were ignored. How would you suggest the airlines handle that particular situation?
I really can't believe you think kicking and screaming like a baby was appropriate there.
