The "buddy" shares were issued at a par value of $0.00001. That should be very troubling to all reading this board. They could have made an admirable return at $0.0001, but they were selling in the $0.003-$0.004 range and ran it all the way up to $0.0054 during Spring 2013 on news of their residential unit. If their average dump price was a conservative $0.002, then they made a cool $2M+ cuz I can guarantee you every single one of those 1+B shares were dumped. That is why we have been sitting at $0.0001 for so long with no news on the horizon.
