Funny...I don't see any 4B shares showing as being restricted. That share structure is also NOT verified by their Transfer agent. If that would have happened it would show up as such.

In FACT,they don't even show a Transfer agent. Gosh...wonder why?? Simple,they don't want anyone calling that agent or emailing them just to find out the TA is GAGGED.

This FRAUD is quickly going beyond the average Eddie Vakser penny stock SHAM.
