TXMD getting a little wind knocked out it this morning as the FDA struck with a deficiency letter without stating what those deficiencies are. I wonder how can you send a letter saying there are deficiencies that need to be discussed without mentioning what those deficiencies are?


TXMD has passed all their clinicals. So FDA is the game presently.


I am not adding to my pocket change play on the dip. Just holding what I have for now.
