Here is what i found:

VOIS filed the merger and name change to GAMERICA Holdings and Acquisitions Corp, September 23, 2016:

I tried to find the website. Very difficult because VOIS uses proxy whois for their domains. I tried different names on whois.com because i highly doubt there are many companies with a similar name.

Then i found: http://domainbigdata.com/gamericaholdings.com


This domain was registered just one week before the merger was filed by Lina Tomeka, she comes also from San Diego.

The website is not up. But if you click on gamericaholdings.com you see the other domains Lima Tomeka owns, only 6 domains without proxy whois, and only one website is up:

http://smokeeuphoria.com is a good looking, existing, real Vapor shop with many products.

This is not a sign http://smokeeuphoria.com wants to go public, but if you look now on the details of the domain, you see the organization Gam Industries owns Smokeeuphoria:


Now i was interested in Gam Industries. What is it, where can i find it and tried http://Gamindustries.com because this is the most likely domain.
The domain has a proxy whois, but the website is up since 2016, but not finished yet.

Business description


I tried to find a proof that GamIndustries.com is connected to http://smokeeuphoria.com and found

1.) a proof that they are connected to Vapors:

2.) that another domain gammarketinggroup.com has the same IP like http://smokeeuphoria.com and this domain is forwarded to http://smokeeuphoria.com

For me it looks like VOIS will change the name to Gam Industries and Smoke Euphoria will be the first acquisition and business plan is to acquire many different businesses in different sectors.

I guess website of VOIS will be http://gamindustries.com

I doubt one person from the same location has a plan for two different businesses with the name "GAM"(gam holdings and gam industries) which are not connected, in the same moment VOIS filed the merger.

And i know the people from smokeeuphoria were also in another penny stock involved before it failed(Icon Vapor).
How likely is it that 2 people have the same idea in the same moment and both were in penny stocks involved?

I will not buy more shares, i like Smoke Euphoria a lot, looks very good, but i´m not a fan of dilution in the wrong moment and at a low pps after a large reverse split.
