Go back and read my lost post more closely, and you will see that you are making my point for me. "No company pays a huge dividend for "a grossly overvalued Pig". That kind of talk is just plain silly". Why would Walgreens pay such a price for Rite Aid ("a grossly overvalued Pig") and be so eager to do so? Because Walgreens knows that Rite Aid is not"a grossly overvalued Pig"?
