I believe the company will have a shareholder meeting,conferance call, like we had last June and it didn't have to be part of a Pre14 C announcement then nor will it be now.Im looking at the company having a shareholder meeting like what we had just last june about the new company and its plan moving forward. That can definitely be something the company has the right to do in the future and that's not the type of shareholder meeting that would need to be part of a Pre 14 C concerning corperate actions..We had a shareholder meeting in Tulsa a few years back and there wasn't any need of a Pre 14C to announce it. Yes I expect theres a very good chance the new CEO and management will have another conference call to address shareholders just like they did last june sometime in the near term.The kind of meeting I'm talking about has nothing to do with corporate action and the need for voting etc...
