Well look at it this way. Anyone who owns IGEX now, is stuck, this isnt' going anywhere. If the deal happens, yes, the RS will happen, and your large volume of shares will be much smaller, but the assets that will be brought will get things going again. So without this deal, investors won't be going anywhere, anytime soon.
