Hi Private Citizen, I came to the conclusion that Lee should give up this pipe dream of landing some huge contract with some African nation quite some time ago and we discussed it on the board. These countries are almost all corrupt as all get out and they are all piss poor broke. The state officials like to talk big, they all have champagne taste and beer money. For heavens sake Lee says he has been going there and trying to cultivate business for more than 13 years! Enough is enough already. They are now TRACE certified and that has some prohibitions on dealing with corrupt countries, well that should rule out almost all of the places he's been trying to cultivate, Nigeria, Niger, Congo and a few others.
IMHO I think he's be better off trying to snag some business from the contractors bidding on building the border wall on our southern border.
