April 1, Effective date of Sale, 50% working interest with SK E&P (Boutte's ex-employer) in Henry Resources Permian fields. Purchaser name will be available by April 11. Final bids were due March 28.
Sale handled by TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC.

In March 2013, SK E&P America(CEO Brian Boutte) acquired 50% stake of the Texas Crane County oil producing field. These fields are owned b KA Henry.
