someone will come up with teh money - wasn't much at all and in the old SP terms it was a fraction of the company .

I don't know of any other business model where costs of goods is negative (ie you are paid to receive your raw parts) then you process them (that does cost money) then you sell them.

Still convinced it was all a ploy with Waste Management who I think were expected to pony up the money or provide the space required for regional plants.

hope the new board member is able to sort this out.
