All my current stocks pay dividends and I have 30 years of paper gains in some cases. My favorite holding is probably Rockwell International and all it's children and spinoffs... plus 30 years of fat, growing dividends.

Academic studies strongly suggest that the stocks people sell outperform the stocks they replace them with (two studies show that)

In other words: The More You Trade The More You Lose.
