I would recommend instead.... concerned shareholders contact the company and offer support. Find out how to assist in getting things back on track. Instead of being divided, lets work together as one. The patents have the potential of taking a commanding lead in the security industry by introducing the Artifical Intelligence into the security equation. There is approximately 10 years left on the patents and the patents remain a tremendous asset.
You may ask me.. what am I doing to advance things.... I have moved on. I Corinthians 5:11 instructs us to separate when we are amidst of godly principles that are being compromised. Fortunately, I have other technologies to work on.
However, I too am a shareholder and willing to offer advise and direction if called upon. No need for the ship to sink.
1) Correcting the company filings and
2) Developing a unique application that is not 1 of 1000 existing IP video cameras is not a major task.
