Well then they are definitely going to have to pick up IR before they up list. In the conference call they didn't discuss their strategy prior to up listing, but only what their plans were after they had up listed. I'm assuming they think their projected assets and potential contracts will get them there. If not they might have to do a reverse split?

If they perform a reverse split then they better include a share buyback to keep the stock above certain levels. We all know a reverse split always sends a stock downward.

I've been thinking about the conference call and I believe Lee was smart to not say much about the potential in revenue from the proposals they have submitted in Africa. Also they didn't say much about the armored vehicle contract and was curious on what the potential revenue is on this deal.

Does anyone know any more information on those two topics?
