In regards to your question,...M Fleming does have strong ties with a capital investment company. If you read through past 10q/k's, you'll find those loan arrangements. The company also has an agreement. with a major bank (Chase or Citibankif I recall ) for funding based on P.O. 's...Its all in the filings.
