Well, here is what it says:

Personally, if I did not know better I would say that sounds like something I would write. It has lots of words, but it says NOTHING!

Anyway, while I don't have a clue about the waste and recycling or the green systems, I can tell you that Arkansas has decided that there will be 5 growers in the state and all 5 permits have already been issued. SPOI is not one of them! So, guess again ...
