That all makes sense, thanks for the reasonable reply. I am doubtful it is a BK scenario as well for the same reasons you mentioned, just trying to look at all the angles. I looked at his background as soon as I read the news, even Google'd his name along with "bankruptcy" lol .. Thankfully nothing came up. Hopefully it plays out better than either of us anticipates. Technicals alone should push this past .25s, just needs some traction.
