CEO is planning more dilution. Didn't get enough of a runway last try even though it detoryed 80% of the value. Look for it before the end of the year but it will destroy another additional 80% from here. The guy only cares about his payday and the board could care less as they get a very generous fee for doing absolutely nothing.
