Whatever A/s is with this stock is float. Preferred share holder dump to insiders at a discount off market whenever they want to. This has been repeated by same people in charge now many times for 7 years. The prefers own 6/7ths of this company no matter what common issued and o/s are. Common have no say and they don't get diluted. Thus they can dump all the common and have for years doesn't affect them. All they care about is finding buyers to buy the common at nay price needed. O/S here means nothing the way they dilute.
